Mark and I went to Aspen for our honeymoon. It was beautiful. A little colder than we expected, but we had a great time. We stayed in an incredible historic hotel. It was off season, so there weren't very many people, making it fun to explore the town. Here are a few photos we took.
Careen waiting for the rain to stop so we can go for a walk.
We're not sure what this sign is for, but this is me thumbing at the thumbing station.
Mark talking about his feelings.
A beautiful view of Aspen. Our tour guide took us up here. It was a wierd tour, but a nice view.

The past month...or so
This post is to catch you up on the last few weeks. Yes, we got married. But we've also been up to a lot of other fun stuff. For example, we had to sell Mark's car. But before we could sell it, we had to spend the money we would make on it to fix it. Anyway, the saturn dealership in Orem is by Wal-Mart. So instead of sitting around, waiting for the car, we walked to Wal-Mart. We bought eggs, pudding cups, apples and a Louisville Slugger. This is what we looked like after taking the bat to the eggs, pudding cups, and apples.
Shortly after the egg extravaganza, we graduated. My mom and Aunt Cindi and Mark's parents and brother all came out to celebrate with us. It was lucky that both of our families had rental cars, because we wrecked ours and would have had no way to get around without their help.
After graduation, one of my best friends got married. Actually, the same friend whose bridal shower is documented below. We stopped in at her reception and had a wonderful time.
Me and Mark at Rachael's wedding reception.
Mark making me fly like a bird. Unless forced, this is as close as we get to dancing in public. You really witnessed something if you were at our wedding.
Lauren, Rachael, Amy, and me...best friends.
Then, finally, after the wedding, Mark loaded up the Penske and we headed east to Denver. We stayed there a few days. I got the sunburn that you will see on my arms in all the wedding pictures. Then I drove the car to Keokuk, and Mark drove the Penske to St. Louis to move into our apartment.

...and coming soon, the honeymoon!
